We chat to model and movie star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to find out her skin secrets and go-to sweat sesh.

How do you keep in shape?

“I’m not loyal to any one type of workout. I go through a lot of phases. At the moment it’s pilates and I see the difference it’s made to my body. I love that I can isolate specific areas easily and I can go straight to what I want to tone or lengthen. It keeps everything taut, lean, long and beautiful. But there are times when I want to sweat, so I might go to a Tracy Anderson dance class or do some boxing when I’m stressed. Yoga rejuvenates me, too.”

What’s your best-ever beauty tip?

“My mum always said, ‘Never try to change, always try to enhance what you have with make-up.’ For example, if you have beautiful eyes or great cheekbones, you want to work that. Or maybe you have a gorgeous back, shoulders or bust. It’s about accentuating what you have and concealing what might not be your favourite area. Through working with great make-up artists, I’ve learnt the art of contouring.”

Any girl would chew off her right arm for skin as glowy as yours. Tell us your secret.

“ModelCo Instant Miracle Booster (it’s self-explanatory isn’t it?) gives everything a bit of a glow. I like to use it when I get off the plane or at the end of the day. I have to wear so much make-up at work so I take it all off with ModelCo Cream Cleanser, which is really gentle, then I apply the Miracle Booster, which packs my skin with all the nutrients it needs.”

Got a good smoothie recipe?

“Yes! I throw in some banana, almond butter, coconut oil, chia seeds, spinach, apples and kale, anything green. I am one for experimenting in the kitchen. Sometimes it pays off and sometimes it doesn’t. If you’re new to making smoothies I’d recommend finding a good recipe online and making it cleaner and healthier over time.”

Complete this sentence: I wouldn’t go a day without…

“Laughter. All of my girlfriends have to make fun of me. It’s good for the soul to be around people who can stand up to you and laugh at you. There’s a lot to make fun of!”
