Creating life comes with a whole range of bonkers side effects, and there’s one that Khloe Kardashian is far more concerned about than the rest.

The reality TV star – who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson – has taken to Snapchat to share that she’s “freaked out” about what will happen to her belly button as her pregnancy continues.

My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby! I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can't believe that our love created life! Tristan, thank you for loving me the way that you do! Thank you for treating me like a Queen! Thank you for making me feel beautiful at all stages! Tristan, most of all, Thank you for making me a MOMMY!!! You have made this experience even more magical than I could have envisioned! I will never forget how wonderful you've been to me during this time! Thank you for making me so happy my love! Thank you to everyone for the love and positive vibes! I know we've been keeping this quiet but we wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately. To enjoy our first precious moments just us ❤️ Thank you all for understanding. I am so thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one! But it's the best bundle of feelings I've ever felt in my life! ❤️❤️❤️

Many mums-to-be see their belly buttons go from innies to outies, usually around the start of the third trimester. This is because of a combination of pressure from the expanding uterus and stretching of the skin.

“I have such a phobia with belly buttons, and I know when you’re really pregnant your innie becomes an outie,” the 33-year-old explained. “Oh my god, I can’t even think about that — I’m so grossed out by that. Ew.”

“I’m so freaked out that’s going to happen to me. I’m assuming everyone’s belly button does that, I don’t know. I wonder if mine has to. Does it have to become an outie?”

Khloe has previously spoken about her issues with the body part in a 2016 blog post.

“I hate belly buttons,” Kardashian wrote. “You can’t touch mine and I don’t want to touch yours. When I’m in the shower, I wear hand mitts and I scream every time I wash my belly button, LOL!”

Fortunately for the Good American founder, plenty of fans were quick to ease her worries.

Experts say it’s got nothing to do with how big the baby is or how much weight you’ve gained, and there’s no way to predict whether it will happen to you.

We’re betting Khloe has her fingers very tightly crossed right now.
