Although she only gave birth in October, Snezana Markoski is getting her fitness back on track.

Her fiancé Sam Wood recently uploaded a video of the stunning new mum working out at his gym, The Woodshed.

“Mamas back,” he captioned the footage.

Snezana also took to Instagram to reveal she was easing back into her fitness routine following her pregnancy.

“Tomorrow I get to ease back with some gentle training. It’s going to be slow and Willow will be by my side every minute but can’t wait to slowly regain some strength, body confidence and clear the head,” she wrote.

Exercising after you have your baby can have benefits for both your physical and mental wellbeing, but always consult with a medical professional before starting any postnatal exercise program.
