Simone Biles’ bikini collection is on point, and she’s been showing off some gorgeous options on social media since she got back from the Olympics. The latest: An ombre suit in pretty shades of blue, purple, and pink.

Simone, 24, revealed the look in a new Boomerang that’ll make your jaw drop. The video is simple: It shows Simone working her suit in the mirror—along with matching slippers—but her abs are amazing. Like, truly stunning and what likely appears in the dictionary next to “washboard.”

Simone modeled that same suit in an Instagram post of herself along with fellow Olympian and synchronized trampoline gymnast Nicole Ahsinger. “Warning: may contain tequila 💕,” Simone joked in the caption.

People cheered them on in the comments. “Girl, you drink that tequila and have fun! You deserve it all!” one wrote. “❤️❤️❤️So beautiful queen 😍😍😍,” someone else said.

Clearly, Simone gets those popping abs from all the hours she logs at her gymnastics center. She usually spends five to six hours a day training, she previously told Women’s Health. But gymnastics isn’t ~all~ Simone does to get G.O.A.T.-level healthy.

She told WH before the 2016 Olympics that she swam almost a mile twice a week, followed by a run. “I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard,” she said. “And the year before that we would bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn’t bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we’d have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello.”

Simone also eats well, but doesn’t stress over her diet. “I do not track anything,” she previously told Women’s Health. “I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I’m always at the gym.” That means starting her day with oatmeal or fruit, followed by a protein shake after her first workout. “Usually I drink half after the first practice and half after the second practice,” she said.

Simone might order in lunch, which can be anything from pepperoni pizza to sushi. “If I cook, though, it’s usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill,” she says. Simone also tries to be mindful of her veggies, adding asparagus, broccoli, carrots, corn, green beans, peas, and potatoes in the mix.

Dinner is whatever she’s in the mood for. “If I’m feeling like a little bit of a less healthy meal, I get pizza or fettuccine Alfredo with chicken,” she said.
