Before qualifying as a physio, Adam Hindley spent his uni days working behind a bar in Leeds.
The 25-year-old would knock back the booze four nights a week before he began his incredible weight loss journey.
Now the lad has shed almost 5st and gained a six pack in half a year after following the MuscleFood plan.
He swapped greasy kebabs for lean meat and fish from the online healthy food retailer.
Since his journey, Adam has taken part in his first competition, Pure Elite, in the Beach Body and Transformation categories.
“As soon as I went to uni, that all went out of the window”

He said: “I’ve always been into fitness and eating well, but as soon as I went to uni, that all went out of the window.
“I spent three years having a great time, drinking too much, eating the wrong food and cutting right back on gym time.
“During my second year I began working in a bar and saw the extra weight pile on. When I wasn’t hungover, I’d eat really well.
“Six months after I graduated, I knew I had to clean up my act. I started working as a physio and was keen to get my PT business off the ground so had to shape up.
“I had the knowledge of how to lose the weight, I just needed to get on with it.”
Now Adam is bulking up to his normal 3,000 calories following the competition, while enjoying lean meats from MuscleFood.
He concluded: “I love the lean healthier burgers with all the tasty toppings and steaks and the treats like the high protein pork scratchings and beef jerky.
“They’re the things I really missed when I was prepping for the competition.”
