Watching how some of our fave celeb girl crushes got creative with their gym besties while staying home this past year was oh-so inspiring as we planned our fourth annual #NationalWorkoutBuddyDay. (It’s taking place on Monday, March 1, 2021 so mark your cals now!)

This year’s NWBD—presented by Degree and sponsored by DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse—will be entirely virtual, but the good vibes will be every bit as strong as in previous years. Here’s how you can celebrate with the WH team this time around:

Post with #NationalWorkoutBuddyDay

On Instagram, @womenshealthmag will be all about celebrating workout buddies—All. Day. Long.—with free virtual fitness classes every hour on the hour taught by some of our fave fitness pros.

To get in on the action, post a pic with your workout buddy (throwback pics or screengrabs of remote sweat sessions with your BFF totally count!) using the hashtag #NationalWorkoutBuddyDay—kind of like you’d post a pic of you and your bro on #NationalSiblingsDay. If you tag @womenshealthmag, your pic may be featured on WH’s Instagram Stories that day.
