Vanessa Hudgens, 32, is always on the move, dancing at concerts, hiking in a swimsuit, and exploring the beach in bikinis. In one of her latest Instagram posts, her active lifestyle definitely shows. Vanessa rocks a cropped sweatshirt and sweatpants in Indianapolis, proving that she’s been sweating a little extra lately.

“A moment in Indianapolis 📸 @quasarmedia,” she captioned the post. In the photo, her abs are seriously sculpted, and her fans totally noticed.

“Fabulous queen ❤️,” someone commented. “Uh girl this body, okay bye. 🙌❤️,” wrote another user, and it’s hard to argue with that logic. Vanessa came to slay, and slay she did (in sweats, no less!).

And Vanessa puts in plenty of work to get this strong. I’m talking six days of exercising a week.

First of all, Vanessa squeezes in six workouts a week, she told Women’s Health back in 2018. Those workouts could include anything from SoulCycle to pilates to yoga, per Well+Good. “Put me on a bike in a room with loud music, and I’m happy,” she told Women’s Health. “It’s like dancing without the stress of worrying if you look good.”

Mixing things up doesn’t just keep Vanessa from getting bored, it helps her train every muscle group she can. Cross-training is a big part of Vanessa’s workout strategy and helps her get the most out of all that time at the gym.

Vanessa also prefers to work outin a class or with a buddy instead of solo. “I’m the type of person that needs to be in a class,” she told PopSugar. “I need someone telling me what to do, and I love being in a group environment because I’m very competitive, so it pushes me to work harder than I would if I was by myself.”

As for her diet, Vanessa sticks to a few staples. A favorite? Avocados, she told Women’s Health in her cover story back in 2017. “I need high fats,” she said. “If I’m not getting enough, my body holds on to calories. We’ve been trained to think that fats are bad, but they’re so good—a source of energy and sustenance that keeps you going through the day.

Well, clearly, it’s working. Brb, off to sign up for a Pilates class and pick up some avocados.
