Simone Biles is living her best life on vacation. The gymnastics G.O.A.T., who teased a girls’ trip on her Instagram Story last week, is hanging out someplace tropical and she’s shared all kinds of posts to prove it.
First up, a post that features Simone in a gorgeous wrap bikini top and flowy pants while posing next to some lanterns. “Just over here doin my thang 🌞,” she wrote in the caption.

Simone also shared pics of herself perched on hanging chairs at the beach and posing next to some palms by a pool. “On island time,” she captioned one of them.

And then, there have been plenty of outfit changes on her Instagram Stories.
There’s Simone in a bright orange tank top and cut-off shorts, topped off with a tiered butterfly necklace, Simone in a stunning orange, blue, and pink bikini with a strap running across her jacked abs, followed by the 24-year-old in a stunning black and gold bikini with a black robe over top.

That was all followed up by Simone in that same black and gold bikini, posing with her buddies, and then tons of shots of the beach. Yep, she’s having a total blast on vacay.
SO: We have two major takeaways from this. Simone’s vacation fashion is just as epic as her at-home style, and her abs are ridiculous. Like, I can’t stop staring at them.
Of course, Simone didn’t just get those abs by accident—she works super hard for them.
For starters, she trains pretty much all the time. “I train seven hours a day,” she said on The Tonight Show in April. “So, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday I train twice a day. And then Thursday and Saturday I train once a day.” She has Sundays, though.
Simone is even working hard outside the gym, doing crosstraining.
“Last year we did cross-training. We swam twice a week—almost a mile,” she told Women’s Health in 2016. “I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run. And the year before that we would bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn’t bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we’d have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs felt like Jello.”
Her abs work, BTW, is ridiculous. Simone’s teammate and good friend Jordan Chiles revealed to Popsugar in June, and your abs will ache just reading about.
They regularly cycle through 11 rounds of exercises, including supermans, straddle V-ups, scissors, and hollow holds from all different angles. That includes stuff like hollow pulse for 20 reps, hollow hold for five seconds, v-up for 20 reps, hollow hold for five seconds, superman pulse for 20 reps, and superman hold for five seconds. Whew.
The TL;DR: Simone—and her abs—more than deserve this vacation.
