Actress Rebel Wilson, 41, has continued to stick with the health journey she started in 2020 that she declared her “Year of Health,” and she has never looked better.
And over the weekend, she showed off her hard work in a new Instagram Story mirror selfie. In the pic, she rocked a black sports bra and high-waisted leggings, and you can clearly see her abs in their full glory.
“Let’s go Saturday,” she captioned the pic.
Her physical health has come a long way after she overhauled her eating and fitness habits, which helped her lose 60 pounds.”I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it!” she said on Instagram at the time.
Rebel then followed an eating plan called the Mayr Method, which reduces sugar, gluten, and dairy, and encourages eating mindful eating, especially with whole foods.
And she started working with trainer Jono Castano and upped her step count.”I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it!” she shared on Instagram.
She works out six days a week and does a mix of cardio and weight lifting. “Ladies, don’t be afraid of weights,” she said. “I fricking love lifting weights. It just makes you feel, like, really strong.”
Rebel also recently shared a throwback pic and opened up about her experience with emotional eating.

“I remember this was when I was at my most unhealthiest—being overweight and indulging way too much with junk food. Using food to numb my emotions…It was such a sad time. I didn’t think highly of myself and wasn’t valuing myself how I should have.”
The hard work definitely paid off for her!
