Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna, 56, and actor Harry Hamlin,68, just celebrated 23 years of marriage. On Sunday, the actress/reality TV personality posted a super sweet picture of the two, with a caption honoring their special day.

And Lisa followed that up on Monday with another picture, this time a solo pic showing off her super toned abs in an olive green bikini. In the caption, she reminisces about a tropical vacation she and Harry were supposed to take for their anniversary but was cancelled due to the coronavirus.

“This is where we were suppose to be today for our Anniversary. 🌴🌴🌴 So I’m there in my head instead. #stayhome #staysafe 💙,” she captioned her post.

Clearly, Lisa takes care of her body to stay that freakin’ fit well into her fifties. Turns out, it’s a mix of a many different things. For starters, she’s always dancing, as evidenced by her many dancing videos on Instagram. Lisa also recently joined TikTok, where she’s showing off even more moves.

And while she hasn’t gone to a fitness class for a few weeks (due to COVID-19 closures and stay in place orders), she’s previously explained her typical fitness schedule on her website. “In a normal week, I mostly do yoga, which is typically an hour long class. Sometimes, I like to go hiking or head to SoulCycle for spin class and that’s it! I mix it up, usually doing something 5-6 days a week, but really, I just do it when I can.” (Btw, yoga and hiking—as long as you still practice social distancing—are still totally doable workouts rn.)

As for her diet, Lisa shared with First for Women via Bravo TV that her doc prescribes her some multivitamins to stay energized. “My doctor suggests different herbs to keep my body in check,” she told First. “He’ll put me on things for my adrenals, which get fatigued easily, but I also focus on getting my daily vitamins.”

Turns out, she combines a bunch of different ones into her daily routine. “I take a multivitamin, B-12, Vitamin C, calcium and magnesium. I also take 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D every day since my doctor is big on its healthy antioxidants and ability to lower the risk of breast cancer,” Lisa explained. “The combo makes me feel so energized!”

Also, in 2014,she told PEOPLE, “I don’t love to use the word diet because if I do, I’ll just want to eat 10 times more. Moderation is key.” Lisa added that she tends to call herself a “dirty vegan.” Translation: “I’m mostly plant-based—but if I do need to eat some meat, I’ll have it.”
