Lisa Riley has undertaken a dramatic weight loss transformation in recent years.

The former Emmerdale star wowed fans by shedding 12st in two years – but her journey hasn’t been easy.

Over the last few months, the Loose Women star has been dishing out her top tricks and tricks on Instagram.

And this week, she revealed the fitness moves that helped her to banish bingo wings.

This month, the 42-year-old revealed a move she uses to eliminate bingo wings.

Holding weights in each hand and pumping her arms up and down has helped her to burn fat.

Lisa shared a picture of the exercise on Instagram, before adding: “Lifting this weights, it’s painful but it works.

“When you are training it should be FUN!!!

“Then you can leave the gym, have your shower, and leave with the biggest smile on your face like in my right hand photo.”

When Lisa isn’t lifting weights at the gym, she keeps her exercise regime varied with some cardio.

The Loose Women regular previously revealed her love for Zumba and yoga.

She has also shed the pounds by going on long walks.

Working out isn’t the only way the telly star has slimmed down.

The fitness guru has also tweaked her diet habits.

Previously, the Loose Women star revealed she’d ditched booze in the hope of shedding some pounds.

At her 40th birthday party, she even stuck to this vow by swapping champagne for fizzy water.

Following the celebration, she told the Mirror: “Now I don’t think I’ll ever drink again. I say never, but at the moment I don’t think I will.”
