Kerry Washington is looking beyond Scandal-ous in her latest Instagram post. The actress, 44, flaunts her ultra-fit bod in a leopard print, cutout swimsuit in new photos while taking a dip in the pool.

“Tuesday drip 💦,” Kerry wrote in the caption.Friends and fans in the comments totally noticed: “🔥🔥🔥,” wrote fellow actress Tracee Ellis Ross. Eva Longoria added, “😍😍,” while Yara Shahidi commented, “came through drippin !!!”

“Ok kerry!!! Flex on’em 😍👏🏾,” one fan said. “LITERALLY GODDESS STATUS,” someone else shouted—and, tbh, I think they might be right with that one. Seriously: Kerry is toned all over, and her super strong abs are on full display.

Curious how Kerry stays so sculpted? Today, she has a pretty regular workout routine—but she didn’t always enjoy spending time at the gym. “You don’t even want to be in your own body when [you] show up at the gym—I didn’t for years,” she told Women’s Health. “As women, we live in this culture where it’s like, ‘You have to fix this.’”

Now, “I’m a big Pilates girl,” Kerry told Elle. “Pilates has allowed me to be focused on my appearance and my health in ways that are not abusive or critical,” she added, per WH.

Her trainer, Juliet Kaska, told Women’s Health back in 2012 that she helps Kerry get her sweat on by using “personal training equipment” to do moves with a Pilates twist.

Sometimes, Kerry also uses classic Pilates machines, like The Reformer, The Chair, and The Table. “That way our workouts can also be really diverse in what we’re doing, in what she needs, and where we can meet,” Kaska explains.

Kerry also told Allure that her other fave ways to exercise include swimming, hiking, SoulCycle, using her Peloton bike, getting her cardio in on the elliptical machine, and grooving in dance classes. “I do different things, but I’m most obsessed with water aerobics,” she said. “Now I do it with my friends on the weekends.”

And she’s not afraid to break out of her shell and try new workouts, too. Kerry recently tried one of Eva Longoria’s intense trampoline workouts, and she posted the results on Instagram.

“Eva vs. Reality (me 😂),” Kerry wrote in the caption. “Thank you @evalongoria for the #SisterhoodOfTheTravelingTrampoline. I promise I will keep jumpin’ so I can get on your level. You make it look easy!!!!! 😜😘😍.”

All that hustle adds up to one strong, sculpted Kerry.
