• Singer Jessie J celebrated turning 33 on March 27 with a naked Instagram selfie.
  • She also gave fans a peek into her workouts in videos on her Instagram Story.
  • Besides exercising, Jessie J has cut out sugar and been a vegan since 2018.

Jessie J just turned 33 on March 27 (HBD, Jessie!), and she decided to celebrate the big day with a naked Instagram selfie, as one does.

The post was pretty simple, as far as nude posts go. The singer simply shared an artsy-looking shot of herself standing naked in her bathroom, alongside the caption, “33.” It’s pretty hard to ignore how toned her abs looked sans clothes in the pic.

People were pretty impressed in the comments. “Omfg 🔥😍,” one fan wrote. “my god how beautiful😍😍😍😍,” another said.

The “Flashlight” songstress followed her bday post up with some new workout videos in her Instagram Story. In them, she’s completely crushing it at the gym doing…just about everything. There’s Jessie doing leg lifts with an exercise band, using the stair climber with her hair blowing everywhere, doing a quad workout with another exercise band, doing pull-ups with TRX bands, working through sit-ups, and more. In one clip, she’s using a rower and singing, “I hate…the rower.”

Basically, don’t expect Jessie to slack off in year 33.

The “Bang Bang” singer has made it super clear in the past that she goes hard during her workouts. “When I come out of the gym, I’m blotchy red and sweaty, but I feel good. It’s about the longevity of your life, not how you look in the morning,” she told HuffPost in 2017.

She also told Women’s Health UK that she likes to workout to feel good. “[Exercising] really makes me feel positive,” she told the publication. “It releases endorphins—and I never really used to believe in that until I started working out. You do really get this sluggish feeling before a workout where you’re like, ‘Oh, I don’t want to do it,’ and you might feel a little low. But you do a workout, and it gives you that pickup. It makes me feel alive.”

Jessie also eats really well. She told Plant Based News in 2019 that she changed her diet after experiencing fertility issues. “So, four years ago, I cut out sugar from my diet to try and stop bacteria from building up in my body,” she said. “Once I cut out sugar, I realized how much I began to enjoy food when it was good for me—and it was balancing out everything—my health, my moods, my sleep.” She stopped eating meat two years later and became fully vegan in 2018.

Thirty-three certainly looks good on her!
