There are some things about your body you can control, like how much you exercise and how well you eat. But other things are totally controlled by your genetics—so, if your mom and grandma are toned AF, there’s a solid chance you can be, too. Case in point: The three generations of insane abs in Willow Smith’s family.

Jada Pinkett Smith shared a selfie on Instagram Sunday taken by her daughter. In it, Jada, Willow, and Jada’s mom, Adrienne Banfield-Jones, are in sports bras and workout pants at a gym. And their abs look straight-up ridiculous.

The fact that Willow is ripped is impressive on its own, but Jada (who is 47) and Adrienne (who is 64) have mind-blowing abs. Like…you could grate cheese on Adrienne’s stomach.

This isn’t the first time Adrienne has showed off her love of the gym. Last month, she shared a video on Instagram of herself doing arm curls with the hashtag “#cantstopwontstop.”

And in May, she posted a photo next to a punching bag—so clearly Adrienne is into boxing workouts, too.

As for Jada’s workouts, she told BET last year that she does cardio for 20 minutes every day. “Everybody’s thinking you gotta be in the gym for an hour and a half. Literally, I’m never in the gym longer than 45 minutes,” she said. “Just be consistent—that’s it! It doesn’t necessarily have to be intense, and you will see a difference. Just go out of your house and do a brisk walk!”

Willow hasn’t said much about her fitness routine in public, but it’s clear whatever she’s doing is working!
