“The easiest change you can make to get more fibre in your diet is switching your usual carbohydrates to whole-wheat foods – think brown bread, wholegrain pasta and rice, as well as oats, barley and rye.”

Banana pancakes

If you enjoy sweet treats for breakfast, this recipe could be for you.

To make a batch of healthy pancakes, mash a banana in with an egg and whisk until smooth.
