- Elizabeth Hurley, 55, looks totally ageless in her latest bikini Instagram photo.
- She swears by a healthy diet and found fitness to stay fit in her fifties.
- The model rarely hits the gym, but stays active by gardening and walking her dogs.
Elizabeth Hurley usually has a go-to formula for her Instagram bikini pics: She poses on a beach or next to some tropical-looking bushes, casually looking all kinds of amazing. Well, the 55-year-old model just took her standard formula and raised it one.
In her latest bikini photo, a basically ageless Elizabeth is wearing a metallic cut-out bathing suit in the dark, with streaks of light all around. She’s giving the camera serious face, while her body looks ridiculously toned.
“Bring it on thunder, lightening [sic] & rain: my garden needs you 😉 #droughtinherefordshire,” she captioned the photo, which was taken by professional photographer Nihat Odabasi.
Aaand people pretty much lost their minds in the comments. “Wow 👍😍 and yes indeed,” one wrote. “You look amazing!” another said. “Vampire. That or found the fountain of youth,” someone else chimed in.
It’s hardly shocking that Elizabeth looks this great, given that she takes such great care of her health. She previously told Women’s Health that her beauty secret is “making more time for exercise, eating nutritious foods, and taking the time to do relaxing activities.”
Elizabeth said she likes to kick off her day with two mugs of warm water, followed by Greek yogurt with a banana and honey. At lunchtime, she tends to dive into a bowl of vegetable soup, and for dinner, she’s big on having grilled chicken with “lots and lots and lots” of vegetables.
On the workout front, she leans pretty heavily into found fitness. Elizabeth said she likes to do squats while she brushes her teeth, regularly takes fast 30-minute walks with her dogs, and does yoga and Pilates when she can. She also told Extra last year that she’s known to whip out a chainsaw here and there. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active,” she said.
Apparently, Elizabeth is big into eating organic, too. “I buy everything else from a local farmer’s market and health-food shops. I eat very little processed food,” she told The Telegraph.
Yup, it shows!
