- Elizabeth Hurley, 56, is total-body #goals in a brand new bikini video on Instagram.
- The actress looks toned in a bright yellow string bikini.
- Liz isn’t a “reps at the gym” kind of gal–instead, she’s a fan of found fitness and lots (and lots!) of water.
Elizabeth Hurley, 56, is fully embracing her best summer self. The actress has been all kinds of active on her Instagram lately, posting tons of pictures of her super strong beach bod.
In her latest post, Elizabeth dances to the Spice Girls in a sunshine yellow string bikini with a friend ($168 here, if you’re curious!). She looks seriously toned from head to toe. At 56, Elizabeth is basically aging backwards–and this bikini moment is just further proof.
Fans in the comments definitely agreed: “💛😍🌶,” one user wrote. “DANG. Body goals,” someone else commented, and same.

So how does Elizabeth stay so fit, anyway? Well, she told Extra that it’s not the number of reps that counts: “I don’t work out, per se, but I am very active,” she said. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do.” (You heard her. Logging.)
In other found fitness news, Elizabeth works out throughout the day whenever she can. She previously told Women’s Health that she likes to do squats while brushing her teeth and by taking 30-minute walks with her dog that are “fast enough to get my heart rate up.”
She also eats a super healthy diet filled with homegrown produce. “All through summer we eat fruit and vegetables from my own garden. I used to have a small organic farm, and all the meat my son ate was from the farm,” Elizabeth told The Cut. “Obviously that’s not possible for most people, but supporting local farmers wherever you live is a good thing.”
Her biggest fitness tip is drinking tons of water. Every morning, Elizabeth drinks two mugs of warm water right after she wakes up. “It tastes fairly disgusting,” she told Daily Mail UK. “But it’s fantastic for your digestive system.” She also keeps a water bottle near her throughout the day to remind herself to hydrate.
Gym or no gym, Elizabeth’s workout routine is clearly working. Brb, off to do some squats.
