Before his weight loss journey, Eddie Hall scooped the World’s Strongest Man title back in 2017.
The 31-year-old described his frame as “torture” and as a result decided to slim down.
His previous weight was 30.9st and now the strongman, from Stoke-on-Trent tips the scales at 25.8st.
Eddie unveiled his dramatic transformation on Instagram, so how did he do it?

Writing in his book “Strongman: My Story”, Eddie said: “The one positive thing to come out of 2002 was that it was the year I first joined the gym.
“There are no prizes for guessing who my inspiration was. Step right up, Mr Arnold Schwarzenegger.
“You remember the scene in the Terminator sequel when he walks up to those idiots and says: ‘I need your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle’.
“Well, I was watching that one day when all of a sudden I thought ‘I could look like that if I put my mind to it’.”

Eddie joined the gym and lost a tonne of weight while getting ripped in the process.
“This was a defining moment for me and once again I gathered my parents around me so I could announce my intentions,” Eddie said.
He added: “I said: ‘Mum, Dad, I’m going to have a body like Arnold Schwarzenegger’.
“The gym I joined was Total Fitness and even thought I was 14 and you weren’t supposed to lift weights until you were 19. I still managed to blag my way in.
“Everything was in place: I had a super-strong heart, a massive lung capacity and there wasn’t an ounce of fat of me.”
Previously, he revealed how he completed five cardio sessions a week, which included boxing, cycling, swimming and HIIT training.
He told Express.co.uk: “Diet wise, all I’ve done is basically cut out carbs nearly completely.
“I’m basically on an all-protein, all-diet diet.”
