Ciara, 35, has been totally up in the gym, just working on her fitness—and Instagram’s her witness. (Whew.) The singer just posted some brand new pics and a video that show off her super strong bod, and wow, does she look toned. Her youngest son Win may have just turned one, but the attention is on Ciara in this 🔥series.

The “Level Up” songstress poses for the camera in a strappy, high waisted leopard bikini, accessorized with a gold necklace that spells out “three.” Her abs and booty look so sculpted in all the photos. Plus she shows off her groovy dance moves, and what those strong muscles can do, in a short video at the end of the post.

“Sunshine + Good Vibez 😎,” Ciara captioned the snaps. And her fans couldn’t get enough.

They showered all kinds of praise on the mom of three. “3 babies WHERE?!?! 🔥🔥,” one user commented, while another wrote “always supplying a MOOD! 🔥🔥.” “Can I get the Ciara workout plan!!! 😍,” someone else added. Yes, you totally can get that plan.

Lately, Ciara has been working on a new fitness routine. “I used to spot train a lot,” she told People. “I used to train for the occasion, like if I had to do a video, or if I had to get ready for tour, I would get ready for those moments, but it wasn’t as much of a daily thing for me.”

Now, she’s found that regular workouts with trainer Decker Davis have changed her exercise mindset and bod. “When I started to become more consistent, I realized how much better I felt, and how much easier my workouts became because it wasn’t so aggressive,” she said. “That’s game-changing on the body and the mind. I feel like I can conquer the world on the days I work out, and it’s very rewarding.”

Her usual workout could include anything from Tabata to weightlifting to cardio to plyometrics, spaced out throughout the day. “I’ve been really blessed with great trainers who make it fun, so I’ve always gotten excited to work out,” she continued. “Once you take your first step into the gym, it feels good.”

As for her diet, Ciara is a WW ambassador, and she’s shared all about her postpartum diet after giving birth to her third baby. “I tried all kinds of things, sun up to sun down, and yes some of those things have worked, but they haven’t been realistic for the long term at all,” she told People.

Usually, Ciara eats more carbs in the morning and focuses on including protein and fat in her dinners. “It’s not an extreme diet plan. It’s not like you can’t eat the fun foods that I believe bring us happiness or bring us joy,” she added. “Being from Atlanta and being a southern girl, I’ve always loved good food, good flavors and good seasoned food.”

“One of the ultimate goals is to have a good wellness lifestyle that’s going to carry me through life,” Ciara continued. I couldn’t have said it better myself.
