The singer brought the heat to the red carpet on fashion’s biggest night, showing up in a neon yellow Vera Wang gown. Gwen, 52, rocked abouffant skirt adorned with cut-out flowers running all the way down the dress’s long train. And let’s not forget the other star of the show: her incredibly toned abs, which were on full display thanks to her matching neon bralette.

“One of the best looks of night wow 🔥,” one person commented on the Met Museum’s IG. “Queen! 👏😍❤️,” another wrote.

Gwen rocked a simple glam makeup look that she actually did herself! The “Hollaback Girl” singer told Lala Anthony (who conducted interviews on the red carpet for Vogue) that her makeup artist dropped out last minute because of an emergency. The glam was total DIY and honestly, it looked fabulous.

So what’s Gwen’s secret to her rock-hard Met Gala abs? She’s shared a few tips and tricks!

First, she puts in work at the gym. Gwen told Shape that she works out five days a week. “I have no magic thing that I do to stay fit. I eat really clean, do my shows, and work out,” she said. She also recognizes that her time in the gym helps her mental health.

“I always feel better when I’m in a routine even though I sometimes hate it. I play tennis badly, with Blake. Then we go to the gym. I like to do squats and lunges and light weights. I don’t go crazy like I used to. I do just enough to make my body feel good,” Gwen said.

Gwen loves a good gym playlist, and as someone who has been working out to her Love Angel Music Baby album since age 12, I’d say she knows a thing or two about workout jams.

Gwen likes to mix things up: She does yoga and Pilates, but also loves an old-school workout like boxing, she told InStyle.

Gwen has been a vegetarian since she was 12, but pivoted to veganism as an adult. And she credits this diet with helping her keep her youthful glow. She is also known to keep healthy snacks backstage at her shows!

TMZ reported that Gwen requests soy milk, spinach, celery, almonds, and organic fruit like bananas, plums, apples, and pears for after her shows.

A consistent queen!
