• Jenna Dewan, 40, showed off her toned abs in a new Instagram selfie.
  • After having her son, the dancer credits Pilates with helping her get her abs back.
  • The actress also does Isaac Boots’ Instagram Live Torch’d dance-strength workouts.

Jenna Dewan is in Australia for work RN, and she decided to take her toned abs along for the journey. The dancer and actress, 40, just dropped a pic on Instagram of herself casually hanging out, and it’s hard to miss the fact that she looks super fit.

In the photo, the Soundtrack star wears a pair of slouchy ripped jeans and a cropped grey top that shows off her toned abs. The caption was simple: “💙 🌧.”

The fact that Jenna looks seriously amazing was not lost on her Instagram followers. “🔥🔥🔥,” one fan wrote. “Why are you so gorgeousssss?!?! 😍😍😍,” another said. “Sexy af🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍,” another chimed in. (You get the point.)

The mom of two recently opened up to Women’s Health about how she looks so good these days. For starters, Jenna kicks off her days with a solid workout (after meditating, that is). The Step Up alum is big on Pilates and does three or four one-hour Zoom sessions a week with her instructor, Kim Carruthers. “It gets you fit so fast, and you just feel stronger,” she told the publication. “The dancer in me really likes it because it activates the same muscles in my core.”

Jenna had a C-section to deliver her 1-year-old son Callum, and she credits Pilates for helping her abs go back to the way they were before her pregnancy. The former World of Dance host has also done Isaac Boots’s Torch’d cardio-strength Instagram Live workouts, which she called, “dancer wonderfulness.”

Dance studios have been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but Jenna said she’s done online classes and has just tried to keep moving at home. “I’m always dancing, even in the kitchen,” she said.

The Resident alum also eats really well, sticking to a mostly vegetarian diet. She tries to eat healthy 80 percent of the time and indulges 20 percent of the time, opting for things like green smoothies with spinach, romaine, celery, cilantro, parsley, apple, banana, and lemon in the morning.

For lunch and dinner, she’ll load up on things like quinoa, roasted veggies, and black beans, along with the “Jenna Salad,” which is a chopped medley of carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, avocado, and sometimes sauerkraut, topped with a veggie burger and dressed with lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

That sounds ab-tastic.
