WHAT TO TRY
– Burpees are fantastic for toning your abdominals. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and squat down. Place your hands on the floor in front of you.
– Jump both feet back so you are in a plank position, with straight arms and on the balls of your feet.
– Jump both feet back towards your hands and leap up into the air, extending your arms above you.
– Repeat to exhaustion. Do 2-3 sets.
