Fergus Littlejohn desperately wanted to have bubbles in his bath like his big brothers did.
But the adorable two-year-old suffers from eczema and allergies which cause his skin to flare up, which means he can’t use bubble bath.
His parents Lydia and James were worried he was missing out on the fun bath time experience, but they now believe they’ve found an incredible new product which allows him to be part of the fun.
Lydia, 33, said: "Fergus has suffered from bouts of dermatitis since he was one, but it took a while for him to get properly diagnosed.
"We eventually learned he has an intolerance to dairy and soya. His skin gets very itchy and he scratches. It’s awful to have to watch him go through it.
"Last March we were referred to a dermatologist at a children’s hospital. When his skin flares up it gets extremely dry and he does get quite irritable.
"We were referred to a dietitian last year and we started using coconut based food products and almond milk.
"The dermatologist told us a bubble bath was off the cards because she worried about his skin becoming irritated. Bubble baths make bath time so much more fun and we did feel really sorry that Fergus was missing out on this important experience."
A friend told the family, who live in Aberdeenshire, about Childs Farm products and they decided to give them a go.
Lydia said: "The first time Fergus had a bubble bath he was so excited. It has just been amazing. It lets him have a bit more fun at bath time and he absolutely loves having a bath now.
"We now use Childs Farm on a daily basis. It has made a world of a difference.
"The products smell lovely and they are so gentle.
"We use them on all three of our boys, and we even used the baby moisturiser and sensitive scalp shampoo to relieve Harris’s cradle cap."
And now little Fergus loves having baths with his brothers Archie, six, and Harris who is eight months old.
Childs Farm founder Joanna Jensen, who developed the brand after struggling to find products for her daughters, said: "The photographs of Fergus enjoying his first bubble bath with his big brother really are a joy to see.
"Bath time should be a fun experience for the whole family, but often skin conditions mean parents are put off from giving their children bubble baths.
"All Childs Farm products are dermatologist and paediatrician approved as suitable for sensitive and also eczema-prone skin. We use essential oils in our products, which are natural fragrances, so they all smell amazing and are fun for children to use.
"We hope that many more children like Fergus are now able to enjoy happy bath times!"
