You already know Jennifer Lopez is famous for her insane abs, but have you seen her arms lately? On Wednesday, the 49-year-old singer and actress posted a photo showing off her ripped upper body:

Feeling like superwoman after the show tonight! When I started this run I thought omg 15 shows in 27 days that’s a lot… but I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it…I will work out and be in the best shape of my life… There were moments I was tired and there was travel and I had to fit in my workouts where I could… but here we are with only 3 shows left!! And I am having so many emotions but mostly just feeling strong, happy and grateful!!! #allihavefinal15 #3showstogo #we’renotdoneyet #letsgoooo #makepromisestoyourselfandkeepthem

J.Lo is set to conclude her two-year concert residency in Las Vegas, Jennifer Lopez: All I Have, later this week, and she’s determined to finish it out strong — literally.
“Feeling like superwoman after the show tonight!” she wrote in her Instagram caption. “When I started this run I thought omg 15 shows in 27 days that’s a lot… but I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it…I will work out and be in the best shape of my life.”

She continued, “There were moments I was tired and there was travel and I had to fit in my workouts where I could… but here we are with only 3 shows left!!”
Okay seriously though…how did she get those superwoman arms? For starters, back in 2015, J.Lo told Us Weekly that she rarely ever skips her gym sessions — and that work ethic has clearly stuck with her. (Remember when she worked out on her birthday?)
As for the specifics, J.Lo works out with her trainer Tracy Anderson to get that ripped upper body.
“I do an upper body warmup with her,” the trainer told People in 2016. “We do two songs without weights, and then we add three-pound weights, and sometimes I add a song with five-pound weights as well.”

My only remaining question is: When does J.Lo get her own Marvel superhero movie? The people need to know.
