If anyone proves that age is just a number, it’s Johanna Quaas. In a viral video shared to Twitter, the gymnast (who turned 95 this year!) performed a series of seriously impressive flips on parallel bars in front of a cheering crowd.

While her exact age is unclear in the video, the German native perfectly lands a handstand, flips, and other advanced gymnastics moves. Unsurprisingly, Twitter went wild over her coordination and strength.

“A person is as young as he or she feels … and when we have the will nothing can stop us doing anything we want to do!” one person tweeted. “I’m inspired. She’s fantastic!” another wrote.
