- Mel B. just posted a new photo of herself in a bikini on Instagram.
- She’s wearing a leopard-print bikini with matching heels and a gold body chain.
- She maintains her ah-mazing figure by squeezing in quick core workouts whenever she can, including planks, sit-ups, and some medicine ball exercises.
I don’t know about you guys, but I Wannabe lookin’ just like Mel B. when I’m nearing my mid-40s (yup, I went there). The former America’s Got Talent judge recently posted a smokin’ bathing suit photo to her Instagram, and she looks stellar.
Dawning an itty bitty leopard bikini with a pair of heels to match, the 44-year-old (!!) has got it goin’ on, throwing up her signature peace sign. “Today’s look Leopard print everything,” the mother of three captioned the snap.

Gearing up for her big reunion tour this May with fellow Spice Girls Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, and Mel C. (Victoria Beckha, a.k.a. Posh Spice, is sitting this one out), the singer has clearly been making time for fitness while on the road. And when she’s short on time, she says she’s all about the core exercises.
“You can really give your core a good workout in as little as 15 minutes,” she told Women’s Health Australia. “I’ll just get down and work the abs really hard with a mix of sit-ups, planks, and some exercises with the medicine ball.”
Mel’s top tip for women trying to stick to a fitness routine? Find something that you like, and stick with it. While she admits that she wants to love yoga—it’s not her thing, and that’s okay. “If you hate what you’re doing, you’re never going to feel motivated, so do what works for you and keep switching it up so it never gets boring,” she said. “Just know seeing results takes time and it’s all about maintaining your workout routine whatever it is.”
Do what works for you and keep switching it up so it never gets boring.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna get to plankin’ for the foreseeable future.
