As Kaley Cuoco gears up for The Flight Attendant season two, she’s still putting in the hours at her home gym, along with her sister-slash-workout-buddy, Briana Cuoco, and their trainer, Ryan Sorensen. The actress, 35, shared a recap of the siblings’ most recent workout on her Instagram Stories.

First, the duo steps down off a low platform into a lunge, holding a fatbell, which works the core, quads, and hamstrings. Then, Kaley swings battle ropes in her driveway while lunging, focusing on her back, arms, and abs. After that, the sisters do leg extensions while standing on their steps, holding the fatbell in one hand.

Cuoco also did some cardio on a VersaClimber machine—which is like a treadmill for mountain-climbers—before switching over to her SoulCycle At-Home Bike. When she’s not getting cardio in on a machine, she likes to jump rope or boxes.

Even though her current workout looks varied, Cuoco previously told Women’s Health that she latches onto certain routines and becomes hooked. “If I’m doing yoga, we’re doing it every day this week… Then I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I have to switch,'” she said. “Then I’m going crazy on SoulCycle… ‘Okay, I have to switch.'” Beyond her at-home workouts, Kaley is also an avid equestrian, owning a 40-acre ranch in Ventura County.

Many of her favorite exercises focus on her lower body. “Kaley is interested in her lower body, especially her butt, her legs, and her abs,” trainer George C. King told People. “We do a lot of lunges, squat jumps and regular squats, plus leg curls and deadlifts.”
