Georges St-Pierre carved out a legacy as one of the most accomplished welterweights in UFC history before officially announcing his retirement in 2019, thoroughly earning his place in the Hall of Fame. But nobody could accuse the French-Canadian fighter of letting himself go since leaving the sport.
Not only has St-Pierre consistently proven that he is capable of maintaining his peak performance physique (as an Instagram photo from earlier this year can attest), but he has also enjoyed showing off his considerable core and upper body strength, mobility, and stability, by taking on an array of viral fitness challenges, some of which he found on TikTok, and inviting his fans to try them out for themselves.
And after recently turning 40 and overhauling his nutrition, he is looking even leaner and more shredded than ever. Pierre shared a new physique image by Richard Ho Photography (featuring his “war face”) on his Instagram, explaining that he has cut any and all processed foods out of his diet for the last couple of weeks.
St-Pierre has also been enjoying a post-UFC career as an actor. After first appearing in Marvel Studios’ 2014 movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier, in which his character Batroc the Leaper went toe-to-toe in a fight with Cap himself, St-Pierre recently reprised the role in several episodes of the recent Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. He proved that he still makes a formidable opponent to the remaining Avengers, and (spoiler alert!) he was still alive at the end of that series, leaving the door open for future appearances as a recurring antagonist.
