Sure, the two-year-old completely steals the show, but there’s no denying her washboard abs definitely deserve a mention. Homegirl looks fit AF – and it’s not an accident. Jess has been going HAM in her home gym lately and, lucky for us, sharing the details of all her workouts online.
Back in March, she posted a total booty burner set to the song the ‘The Drip’ By King Sam Jones III. In it, she demonstrates a set of jump squats, side-steps, squat walks, jumping lunges and more (which, btw, she usually repeats 10 times.)
Next, she treated fans to a cardio routine she created with the help of her 11-year-old daughter Honor. The pair did 30 jumping jacks, 20 burpees and 50 mountain climbers (repeating the sequence two to five times.) “Need a break frm news & feelin restless,” she captioned it.
Little wonder the woman is so damn ripped.
