English chef James Martin is best known for the BBC cookery series Saturday Kitchen from 2006 until 2016.
The 47-year-old built a massive career around food, which is why it was easy for him to gain weight.
He first started his weight loss journey when he took part in the 2005 series of Strictly Come Dancing.
James weighed 19st 7lbs, but managed to shed a huge 5st during the intense training routine.

Speaking to the MailOnline, he said: “You kind of watch and go, ‘Oh God there’s a bit of chin happening there’.
“And everybody’s TVs are bigger now. Before you used to watch TV on a small one and now they’re massive.”
Since the show finished, the TV chef continued to trim his waistline and dropped another stone.
James used a controlled diet and revealed cutting butter really helped him shape up.
Other stars to have opened up about their weight loss journey is Gordon Ramsay.
As well as this, Gregg Wallace revealed how he lost 3st by making one change.
And former Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles showed off his transformation after dropping 5st.
