• Pink posted a video of herself doing yoga while having her son, Jameson, on her back
  • She holds up the 3-year-old while doing crow pose like it’s nbd, which is *impressive*
  • Pink’s fans loved the yoga video, and she is a huge advocate for body positivity.

Anyone who’s ever done yoga (or hasn’t done it, hah) probably knows that it can be freakin’ hard regardless of your skill level. Well, singer Pink totally just raised the bar in her latest Instagram post, which features the “Walk Me Home” performer doing crow’s pose while—get this—holding a child on her back the entire time.

That child was Pink’s 3-year-old son Jameson, who can be heard laughing while his mom sweats it out on the mat. After all, it takes a lot of strength to do yoga poses like this alone, which means Pink’s feat is pretty dang impressive.

“Super relaxing yoga session #laughteristhebestmedicine,” she wrote in the post’s caption.

The video definitely got that reaction from Pink’s Instagram followers, who were also blown away by her skills. “😱 I can’t do it without a baby on my back . 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻,” one fan commented. “

“haha!! my baby does the same to me. my dogs too😂,” another follower said.

“In these crazy times, I want you to know that you spark joy. 💕🦄” still another wrote.

Aside from her Insta-worthy yoga skills, Pink has been pretty vocal about the importance of body positivity in the past. She’s super forward when it comes to how she’s struggled with body image issues throughout her life and wants to do everything she can to make sure other women (including her 8-year-old daughter, Willow) feel good about themselves, too.

In a video with Billboard, she recalled going to a fitting, thinking she looked like she’d put on weight, and not wanting to wear anything that showed off her figure. Now, she thinks that she was actually “so thin.”

“That’s what we do to ourselves, and we should stop it,” she said in the video. “And now I’m almost 150 pounds, and I look f*cking awesome.”

Keep on rockin’, rollin’, and crow posin’, Pink.
