Being able to walk on a slackline without immediately falling off is seriously impressive. But doing it while clutching a cocktail is next-level epic. Enter Lindsey Vonn.

The former Olympic skier just dropped a video and photo of herself casually working her way down a slackline that was strung between two palm trees…with a cocktail in her hand. (That glass is full, folks.) Lindsey wobbles a little while she’s walking, but she generally has the situation under control—until the very end. “Oh, I had it!” she says, as she hops off. Worth pointing out: She didn’t spill a drop of her drink. These are life skills here, people!

Lindsey, 36, also shared a photo of her feat, writing, “My kind of vacation 🏋🏼‍♀️🥃” in the caption. There are so many things to be impressed by here: Lindsey’s athletic prowess, her drink-guarding abilities, and her abs. Because c’mon, those abs are fire.

People were all about it in the comments. “Now THAT’S talent !! 🏋️‍♀️ 🥃 and Smart 👊🏼,” one person wrote. “Absolutely stunning 🔥🔥🔥,” someone else said.

With all the workouts Lindsey crushes on the regular (and her many years of rocketing down the slopes), it’s not surprising that she can completely own a random beach slackline while looking amazing. But still.

Lindsey previously shared with Women’s Health that she gets a lot out of her workouts. “I just like pushing myself,” she said. “I like feeling strong, and when I feel physically strong, I feel so much more mentally strong. When I work out, I feel like I’m healthier and more confident. I’ve achieved something, no matter how small.”

FWIW, Lindsey does a little of everything in the gym. She regularly works out with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, doing strength training, indoor rowing, squats, boxing, and more.

While Lindsey says that working out makes her feel good inside, it’s obvious she’s getting physical results, too—and she’s proud of them. Lindsey shared a bunch of bikini photos on Instagram in March, making it clear that she’s showing off her progress.

“You can judge me if you want, but I’ve been working hard in the gym and taking care of me…. so I’m going to post some bikini pics because I’m proud of myself,” she wrote in the caption.
