Kate Hudson, 41, debuted a super cute bikini boomerang video on her Instagram stories, but her super toned abs are stealing all the focus.

Kate wants all the attention on the Amal High Waist Bikini, which is straight fire. She added the text: “This suit tho” on the video. Kate tagged the brand, Andrea Iyamah, which is owned by Nigerian fashion designer Dumebi Iyamah. The ready-to-wear and swim is inspired by color, diverse African cultures, and nature, basically a gorgeous frame for those rock-hard abs.

Kate works her toned booty off to stay so fit. She previously told Women’s Health that she aims to do three to four workouts a week, switching things up regularly. Her go-to workouts include The Mirror and Pilates. She’s basically practicing Pilates All. The. Time.

It’s clearly working—and for good reason. “I know I’m at my strongest is when I’m doing my Pilates because it never gets easier. The more you do Pilates the harder the things you can do become,” she said. “I love how flexible I feel and I like what it does to the shape of my body.”

Kate also loves dancing for fitness. “I like to do any kind of dance workout,” she said. Just to keep things interesting, she also keeps up with her Peloton workouts. “I have the Peloton Tread. I just got it and I love Peloton,” Kate said. “I think they make it so easy to have ‘no excuse’ workouts. [I can spend] 10 minutes doing a little mile run instead of just sitting there doing nothing.”

Kate’s fitness routine is heating up just like the summer weather and her swimwear picks.
