It has been nearly two weeks since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, and understandably the news still feels surreal and enraging. If you’re like me, you may be dreading the future of this nation, but thankfully, there are hardworking activists out there keeping both the hope and the fight alive while giving us the tools to do the same.

Abortion Access Front—a group of creative activists who use comedy, writing, and humor to normalize abortion (because it is normal)—is hosting a virtual full-day training session called Operation Save Abortion on July 17 to teach you and all your rightfully-livid besties super valuable organizing skills. Did we mention this is free?

Lizz Winstead, founder and chief creative officer of Abortion Access Front, is stoked about the training and says attendees will leave knowing how to contribute to the fight for abortion care.

“With Operation Save Abortion, people will get plugged in with the amazing heroes and organizations already on the ground working to preserve abortion access in America,” Winstead said in a statement to Cosmopolitan. “They’ll learn about all the different ways they can channel their outrage into action, they’ll come away knowing this fight requires every single one of us, and they’ll know exactly where their special talents fit into that equation.”

You can even host a House Party to watch the livestream of the training with all of your friends. The training starts at 11 a.m. ET, so you literally can have brunch together and learn how to make a difference. Win win! Plus, right after the session, Operation Save Abortion promises you’ll be able to jump right in to the work “and immediately start making change in your community.”

Signing up for the event is super simple and quick. It involves answering a few questions to prepare, like the ways you’re already invested in pro-abortion activism and what you hope to learn from the training.

SCOTUS may have made its decision, but we’re keeping the momentum going in this fight for reproductive justice. In the words of one of Cosmo‘s 50 abortion activists who are helping to shape a powerful post-Roe movement, “We’re excited to make fun of these dorks for ever believing they could stop us.”
