• Jennifer Lopez, 50, just shared her butt and leg workout on Instagram.
  • She filmed herself doing leg presses with three 45-pound weights on each side.
  • J.Lo does multiple workouts to keep her booty in shape, including seated leg curls and dumbbell lunges.

Jennifer Lopez is a fitness queen. But she’s also just like us… girl’s got a job (she’s currently filming a new movie, Marry Me) and has to find time to fit in her sweat seshes. On Tuesday, the 50-year-old Hustlers star shared her post-work workout with her Instagram followers, and it’s seriously impressive how much weight she’s pushing in her leg presses.

“Just another Tuesday… After work workout. 💪🏽,” she captioned her post.

J.Lo literally has three 45-pound weight plates on each side of the bar she’s pushing. For those keeping track at home, that’s 135 pounds—on each side. So yeah…she’s strong, especially in the butt and legs department.

Which fans already knew because J.Lo. She’s always in the gym and often blesses her followers with a sweaty and svelte selfie. Between her “It’s My Party” tour this past summer, her stripper film Hustlers (which she also learned to pole dance for), and her upcoming Superbowl performance with Shakira, J.Lo still always makes time for the gym to keep her body fit.

And her fiancé Alex Rodriguez often joins her. He actually posted a video of them working out together this past week, which included J.Lo doing a seated leg curl, dumbbell lunges, and leg presses. They also worked out together over the summer during her tour, when they made a stop at the Dallas Cowboys training gym to get their sweat on using a Fitplan App routine.

Both she and A-Rod have said they love TruFusion, a fitness studio with a variety of classes including yoga and bootcamp in rooms heated up to 120 degrees. And they have tried fasted cardio, and also did a 10-Day Wedding Workout Challenge together. It seems like there’s nothing J.Lo won’t try to keep her body looking oh so strong.
