It’s been a while since we’ve had a life according to Gwyneth Paltrow story. (Remember if you will the vagina steaming and the bee-sting facials)

But thankfully, the star is back and doing what she does best with a new recipe for her breakfast smoothie on her website.

At first glance, all seems normal.

“Gwyneth drinks one of these every morning, whether or not she’s detoxing.”

Fairly straightforward, nothing too out of the ordinary here.

“Choose your Moon Juice moon dust, depending on what the day ahead holds…brain before a long day at the office, sex dust before a date, etc.”

Sorry, what? Moon Juice dust? Sex dust?

And then in the list of ingredients, it just gets ahem, more confusing: ashwagandha, maca, ho shou wu, cordyceps and, of course, the aforementioned Moon Dust.

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon coconut oil

2 tablespoons vanilla mushroom protein powder

1 teaspoon maca

1 teaspoon ashwagandha

1 teaspoon ho shou wu

1 teaspoon cordyceps

1 teaspoon moon dust of choice: Action Dust to soothe overworked muscles, Beauty Dust for a glowy complexion and healthy hair, Brain Dust to combat mental fogginess, Goodnight Dust when sleep has been evasive, Sex Dust, for, you know, and Spirit Dust to get that extrasensory perception going.

pinch Himalayan sea salt

pinch vanilla powder (optional)

So it turns out Moon Juice is a range of “rare, healing dusts, powders, and other concoctions that do everything from stimulating brain function to improving your sex life,” according to the Goop website.

There’s a whole range from Brain Dust to Beauty Dust, but we’re sure you all want to know what the Sex Dust is, right?

“This warming elixir is designed to stimulate and cultivate sexual flow in both men and women. Ancient ingredients from ho shou wu to cacao and maca send sensitivity and power to all the right places, supporting primordial energy and vital essence. Bonus: As it nourishes sexual vigor, it also enhances creativity.”

There you have it.

Naturally Twitter had a field day over this latest post.
