We know you’re excited for Creed 2, but we’ve still got a few more weeks to go until the movie hits theaters. Until then, there’s not much you can do but re-watch the whole Rocky franchise while shadowboxing in your living room and pretending you’re as fit as Michael B. Jordan.

Actually, there’s one more thing you can do to get pumped: Watch Ivan Drago and his equally-intimidating spawn, Viktor, battle it out on Instagram.

Dolph Lundgren — the actor who played everyone’s favorite villain, Ivan Drago — has been diligently tracking the lead-up to the new film, which centers around Adonis Creed going head-to-head in the ring with his son, Viktor Drago. (Enough decades have gone by that we feel okay spoiling this for you: Ivan Drago was the guy that killed Creed’s dad in the ring some 30 years ago.)

On Friday, Lundgren gave everyone a sense just how epic the battle royale between Drago and Creed’s sons — played by Florian Munteanu and Jordan, respectively — will be.

“The Drago family’s idea of having fun,” Lundgren wrote in the caption of the video, showing him and Munteanu preparing for their roles. “I must break you, Dad!”
