Jenna Dewan is #lifegoals on so many levels. She’s repeatedly taken the high road in her divorce from Channing Tatum, she appears to have a perpetually positive attitude, and she also seems really, really cool.

Now, she’s sharing a photo of herself in a bikini, and it’ll make you want to root for her even more.

In the Instagram pic, Jenna is standing on a beach with her arms in the air. She’s wearing a gorgeous strapless green bikini, and looks like she’s straight-up loving life. “Bring it summer,” she captioned the shot.

In a follow-up photo, Jenna shared a shot of herself in the same bikini with a child (likely her daughter, Everly). “We jumped waves and saved exactly 45 mermaids,” she wrote in the caption.

With a body like that, it seems like Jenna would be working out 24/7, but she recently told Women’s Health UK that she has to push herself to exercise. “There are certain days or weeks where I’m so busy with work it will be harder to get in a workout and other times I’d just prefer to be with my family,” she said. “I have to make sure it’s something I want to do or I will make every excuse not to work out.”

Jenna said she enjoys hiking with her dogs, spin classes, hot yoga, or dance-based sessions with Hollywood trainer Jennifer Johnson. “I try to work out a couple of days a week just because it’s good for my mind, body and soul—and that’s good for everyone in the house,” she said.

Back in October, Jenna shared a video in Instagram of herself working out in a hotel room and it’s so freaking impressive. “Sometimes a quick on the go home/hotel workout is all I have time for…! “ she captioned a video of herself going through the movements in hyper-speed.

Jenna recently told Women’s Health that she’s also big on weight training. “I want to build muscle, so I can pick up my daughter,” she said. “Before, it used to be like, ‘I wanna get long, lean muscles.’ Now, I’m just like, ‘I wanna feel strong and good.’”

Well, clearly it’s working.
