Svitzing at the gym daily and meal prepping like a boss, but still left wondering if all the added effort is actually getting you anywhere? Yup, as annoying as it is, results aren’t always seen on the scales.

Which is where Sarah Duff comes in. The health and fitness coach over at @sarahdufflifestyleandfitness reckons there’s a super simple way to tell if you’re on the right track.

“The signs of a successful plan and [your] progress is so much more than just a number on a scale or the shrinking of body parts,” she explained on Insta. “Your plan should be giving you overall life improvements both physically, mentally which should make your whole life better.”

A good idea in theory, but one that’s not so easy to measure. Thankfully, Sarah’s got this covered too – in the form of a 9-step checklist.
