Anton Danyluk hasn’t had much luck with the ladies in the Love Island villa – but there is no doubting he has an impressive physique.

Speaking to Amber Gill, fellow singleton Anna Vakili said: “Anton has got such a sick body though. It’s mad.”

But when Amber asked her: “Could you imagine dating him though? Not ever being able to go for Italian or anything?”

Anna replied: “He wouldn’t even have a slice of f*****g pizza. Are you serious?”

Before going into the Love Island villa, the gym owner underwent on a 16-week weight loss transformation.

Weight loss can only be achieved if you burn more calories than you are eating.

The 24-year-old also added he had been weight training four or more times a week to achieve the results.

He continued: “Cardio 3+ times per week, a mix or HIIT [high intensity interval training] & Steady state. Abs alongside cardio.”

He also revealed he had replaced cheat days with “refeed days”, as they “are more beneficial when it comes to fat loss”.

What is a refeed day, you may ask? “When used in weight management or exercise/training terms, a ‘refeed day’ typically refers to a particular day of increased caloric intake to refuel and/or increased physical activity,” Jason Machowsky, dietician and exercise physiologist at Hospital for Special Surgery, told Shape.com.

In addition, Anton revealed limiting alcohol worked for him – or preferably not drinking any alcohol.

Realising this would seem hard for most people to do, Anton added: “I know some of these may seem unreasonable but I suppose If it was easy everyone would have a 6 pack.”
