The Estée Lauder Cos. Inc. has announced three leadership appointments today, one at hair-care brand Bumble and bumble and two at skin-care brand Darphin.
Amber Garrison has been appointed senior vice president and global general manager at Bumble and bumble where she will report to group president, Jane Hertzmark Hudis, and join the company’s Extended Executive Leadership Team.
Garrison will be responsible for reinforcing Bumble and bumble’s salon DNA, accelerating growth in consumer segments, leading new product innovation and expanding the brand’s digital footprint. Prior to this role, Garrison was the vice president of corporate strategy at the company.
“Amber brings to Bumble and bumble a track record of strategic leadership, keen understanding of prestige beauty and deep expertise in developing strategies to ignite growth,” Hertzmark Hudis said in a statement. “Her vision, collaborative leadership style and focus on executional excellence make her uniquely suited to lead Bumble and bumble into a new and exciting future in North America and around the world.”
Jean-Guillaume Trottier will expand his title of global brand president of Jo Malone London to now also include Darphin, effective on Jan. 1. For the last seven years, Trottier has helped Jo Malone London’s sales increase sixfold and expand internationally to China, South Korea, Brazil, India and the Philippines.
Anne Troussicot has been named senior vice president and global general manager at Darphin, effective Jan. 1. She will report to Trottier and join Hertzmark Hudis’ leadership team. Prior to this role, she held the position of vice president and general manager of Estée Lauder and Origins in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Both Trottier and Troussicot will work with global and regional Darphin teams to drive expansion. They will focus on building out the brand’s hero products, expand the brand’s social media and digital footprint and drive growth in brand-building channels.
